The Helping You Move Team was great, they went further and beyond then just selling our home. They did an amazing job staging & marketing our home, they also helped so much with the transition to our new place. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future!!!

Ralph recently helped us sell our condo a rental property. He closed the deal in a relatively difficult condo market, and exceed our expectation with respect to price. His team was professional and great for communication. We liked the moving van that came with the sale - some of his extras make it much easier to get your property ready to sell, and ready to move. Ralph and the team helped us buy and sell recently. Our family chose them on advice from friends of ours who were previous clients and we were NOT disappointed. They were exceptionally responsive and quite knowledge of the city where we bought / sold and provided us a comprehensive, step by step expectation of the process on both sides. The team excels at keeping lines of communication open, managing expectations and giving us enough guidance to help us keep calm and in control of the process. From their team giving us boxes, helping us dispose of junk and donations, to staging and even window washing, a true start to finish approach that Wow'd us. Despite busy schedules and holidays Ralph still managed to fit us in and helped complete both transactions during those inconvenient hours. We can't thank you all enough for helping us.

To put it simply, this team embodies what a Real Estate team should be! From our first meeting with the team, I knew we were in good hands! My wife and I had the pleasure of working closely with Peter, he was honest, caring, motivating and enthusiastic about what he does. He takes the time to get to know your likes, dislikes and aims to please! We never felt pressured to sell or buy and always felt Peter had us at top of mind when working though both scenarios! We DID end up selling and buying with Peter's assistance and we feel the entire process was smooth and easy because of his care and attention! That's enough about Peter, there are others on this great team!
