We worked with Rachel to buy our first house in Waterloo, and recently to both sell our current home and purchase a new one. Rachel is both an amazing professional and a great person. She is very knowledgeable, hard working, responsive to every little question and she is honest. Rachel cares about people and doesn't just treat them like a client. We would not hesitate to use Rachel again in the future.

Rachel went above and beyond to make sure we found a place that fit our needs and price. We were able to get our perfect home because she was available promptly to help us. Every time we walked through a home with her, she made the experience extremely enjoyable and informed us thoroughly on all our inquiries. She also helped us understand nuances in the market, and guide us in the direction we needed to go, but did not know it yet! You will not be disappointed, Rachel is the only real choice for real estate in our area! I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Working with Rachel to sell our home was a great decision. Rachel is amazing! This is the second time we've worked with her and this time she helped us buy our new home, and sell our existing house. She is always available and prompt (I don't know how she does it!), knows the Kitchener Waterloo market inside out, was honest with her feedback about things we should know about a property, is patient and knowledgeable when addressing all of our questions, and on top of all that, is just a funny caring human that makes the whole experience fun. Had a great experience with Rach & Dave from start to finish! They are both very knowledgeable, honest and a bonus very friendly. We felt comfortable with them right away. Rach found a dream property for us, we were able to see the home and put an offer in (that was accepted) before it even hit the market. Then sold our home in one day and negotiated a great price. Would highly recommend!
