I sold my condo with Rachel and truly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Even in a tough market, she managed to sell it within just one month. She did everything right—setting the perfect price, arranging stunning photos and videos, and presenting the condo beautifully. When it came time to negotiate the price, Rachel was the most trusted partner and handled it perfectly. Most importantly, she supported me through the slow market, offering the right advice and reassurance whenever I felt anxious or worried about the sale. She’ll be the first person I call if I ever need to work with a realtor again.

Rachel and Dave listed and sold our condominium within one week in April of 2025. They also assisted us with the purchase of a new home a short time later. They are very professional, always accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable about market trends and specific neighbourhoods.
