Rachel sold my condo in Waterloo within 9 days of listing in the middle of cold January when the condo market was sluggish. I was very satisfied with the sale price and she negotiated for every penny on my behalf. I planned on upgrading the appliances but instead she advised on painting the walls instead which saved money and was more effective in the end. She is very thorough and fixed multiple paperwork errors that the other agent made. Working with Rachel made me realize that picking the right real estate agent matters especially when selling. We absolutely loved working with Rachel. From our first meeting in winter 2024, she made us feel so comfortable. We have not moved in 19 years and were downsizing our home, and purchasing another. Rachel guided us with what to do to prepare our home to sell, with minor reno's and touch ups, and after we sold, she jumped right in to finding us our dream home! She is so knowledgeable about the region and neighbourhoods, and knew exactly what we were looking for. She even opened our minds to homes we never thought we would like! Given the nature of the market, it was very tough finding a home that was the right price, right neighbourhood, and didnt require alot or any renos. She did it!! Although the process of moving is quite stressful, Rachel made us feel at ease, she reassured us we were going to find "the one" and kept us positive, despite seeing so many homes and often in tears with the market. We lost out on 2 offers, but in the end, we managed to purchase our 'forever' home and we LOVE it. thank you Rachel for all of your dedication, flexibility, humour, countless hours of hard work, days, evenings, weekends.
