If we could give Rachel 6 stars, we would!! Rachel is incredibly kind, knowledgable, communicative, and sweet! She makes sure that you feel like you're her only client and is so quick to respond and help out when needed. She does a great job of informing you of the latest market trends to allow you to make the best decisions. This was our second time working with Rachel and Dave, and we will definitely work with them again in the future!

Rachel was a huge asset in helping me find a new home. Even before I left B.C. to move permanently to Waterloo, Ontario, she phoned and emailed me regularly to see how things were going with my travel plans and the selling of my old home. She also kept me up to date with the listings that I was as yet unable to see in person. On my second day of arriving—our first day of looking!—she showed me the perfect condo at an incredibly discounted price! I bought it on the spot! She and her husband Dave guided me through the rest of the month before the closing date. As a newcomer, I completely trusted Rachel and felt she knew exactly the place and the community I was looking for. I highly recommend Rachel Paquette!
