Rachel helped us to navigate purchasing a new build and also to sell our previous home. Our experience with her was fantastic throughout! Her knowledge and communication skills were instrumental in dealing with the challenges that can come up throughout the process of having a new home built, and she consistently provided advice that we could rely on while navigating the whole “new build” experience. When it came to selling our previous home, she made it feel so easy. We’re thankful for her expertise and just how smooth the process went due to all her hard work. We would definitely recommend her to anyone!

My husband and I were hesitant and nervous first time homebuyers and got cold feet numerous times in the process of buying, but it was so wonderful working with Rachel throughout the whole process from our start many years ago to finally finding that perfect one we now get to call our very own home for the many years to come. She was extremely patient working with us on getting our perfect first home and has an immense wealth of expertise when it comes to all things houses with what to look for or look out for when viewing houses. Rachel was always very easy to get ahold of and was willing to show us any homes we requested to view. She was fun to work with and walked us through every step of the process to making our long journey to becoming homeowners enjoyable!

Rachel is THE BEST real estate agent that I have worked with. She was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, patient and kind. She understood that we attached sentimental value to the price of our property and was patient with us while we worked through it and eventually sold the house. She really does know the market so you should take her advice when selling or buying a property because she wants to get the best price for you. I trusted her 100%!

Rachel was very knowledgeable on the current market, comparable property values, and the amenities in our area. She was also was very insightful on the current market and was able to not only send us a documented assessment on our house and area, but did an in home visit where she pointed out some last-minute improvements that could help sell our home. From the beginning Rachel made sure we were comfortable and understood each step of selling our home. We knew what was going on in the transaction, Rachel explained things in detail and made this experience very smooth. Rachel always presented herself in a professional manner, and showed a great love and respect towards myself, my family, and my home through out this entire process. During negotiations Rachel helped me keep a calm mind and offered insight into handling the offers and counter offers, she taught me things I didn't think of during the selling process. She 100% negotiated successfully on our behalf. Rachel treated my family like her own from the very beginning, she was very effective in listening to my needs, never rushed us, and was amazing the entire process. I plan on recommending her to everyone I know buying or selling their homes in the future, and plan to use her myself if the opportunity presents itself.
