We relied on the experience of one of our neighbors when it came time to sell our home. We did not know Rachel Moore before but she was very involved on our community and everyone spoke highly of her. We met and she explained how she would handle the sale of our home. At that time, we were not sure when we wanted to list our home. That was in the summer of 2023 and Rachel felt that the exterior of our home in the summer had a lot of appeal.. She had her photographer come and take pictures of our gardens, deck and patio. We decided to wait until spring and in May.2024, we listed our home with Rachel Moore. During the winter, she kept us informed of condos that we may like in our area. Our home was sold within a few days and during this time Rachel took us to see several condos. We purchased one and within a few days decided it was not for us. We phoned Rachel who came over to see us and assured us that it was okay and she would handle the rest. To her, it was important that we are happy with what we buy and to wait until something more suitable comes on the market. We are willing to wait for an ideal condo which may take some time. We are receiving regular listings from her and as yet have not found a condo and are renting an apartment in the meantime. Over the years, we have sold 10 homes and have never experienced a real estate agent that cares so much for you. We know that we will recommend Rachel to friends and family when they are seeking a realtor to sell their home.

Rachel is beyond amazing! She's an expert in her field and was very helpful with our estate sale. She was so compassionate and helped our family through a very difficult time. Rachel went above and beyond doing everything she could to alleviate stress. She communicated with us continuously and was always available to answer questions or give us advice. The house itself was in need of quite a bit of TLC but Rachel priced it right. We had 54 showings and 23 offers and Rachel sold the house for $67,000 over the asking price. We were blown away. Rachel was such a blast to work with - I didn't really have a deadline for moving out, but it was a step I wanted to take. She helped me look at listings, didn't judge me for the choices and wants I had for my future condo, and was great at giving insider tips on units I wouldn't have gotten elsewhere [like if former clients live there and enjoy it, or if there are mushrooms growing in the units and we should take it off our viewing list] She was brutally honest about the places we visited which helped going into this as a first time buyer - She told me the good and the bad and was there the entire way. Cannot say enough good things about Rachel - if you need an agent, snag her up quick!
