We had a few bumps in the road in getting approved and Rachel never dropped the ball. She walked us through all the hurdles and always came with her honest and educated professional opinion. Nothing was sugar coated but always heard what we said and this led us in making the right choice of home for our needs. Sometimes one doesn’t know the right questions to ask, but Rachel was there to give us the answers and point out questions that we needed to ask.

Rachel was great to work with in selling my home. We had frank discussions about how the market was, what to expect, and Rachel gave solid advice on negotiations and how to proceed. It was easy to work with Rachel, she took care of details I didn't know about (LOL). Selling my home was a major decision, Rachel was not pushy - ever. She simply walked me through step by step, she always had my back. I'm keeping Rachel on speed dial, just in case there is another home to purchase down the road. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. This gal really does have her clients' best interest at heart.

Hired great photographer, supplied a very professional appraisal, very well organized, and quick to respond to all questions. Highly recommended! Also on the purchase end, has a super keen eye on potential flaws and pluses of houses; she saw things I never would have. Gave us good strategies for offers too.
