We had an excellent experience with Rachel. She was honest and genuine. She helped us by being frank as to what we needed to fix, paint, and repair in our rental home that we were selling. We did not want it to look like a rental property, but a nice, cozy home to live in. She explained the pros and cons of staging it. We staged it. She priced the home according to the market value, at the time. Not over pricing it. When the offers came in 10 days later. She called each one, and they all sent in a new offer by closing time. She got us $35,000 above asking price. We will certainly recommend her to anyone who is wanting to sell their home.
