Rachel was awesome to work with as a first time homebuyer. She was very helpful during the whole process and answered the many questions I had!

Rachel recently helped our elderly dad with the sale of his home and was the perfect fit for this task! Not only was she professional and honest with him, but she was kind, funny, patient and very understanding about how difficult this change was going to be. She really cares about her clients and wants nothing but the best for them. Rachel handled this process with such sensitivity and grace and we will forever be grateful to her. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent who is smart, trustworthy, kind and absolutely amazing at their job!

Working with Rachel was a delight! From the first walkthrough of my house to the last day I lived there, Rachel was there for every step of the selling process. Her "call it as I see it" approach was just what I needed to understand how to prep my house to sell and get it on the market. We relied on the experience of one of our neighbors when it came time to sell our home. We did not know Rachel Moore before but she was very involved on our community and everyone spoke highly of her. We met and she explained how she would handle the sale of our home. At that time, we were not sure when we wanted to list our home. That was in the summer of 2023 and Rachel felt that the exterior of our home in the summer had a lot of appeal.. She had her photographer come and take pictures of our gardens, deck and patio. We decided to wait until spring and in May.2024, we listed our home with Rachel Moore. During the winter, she kept us informed of condos that we may like in our area. Our home was sold within a few days and during this time Rachel took us to see several condos. We purchased one and within a few days decided it was not for us. We phoned Rachel who came over to see us and assured us that it was okay and she would handle the rest. To her, it was important that we are happy with what we buy and to wait until something more suitable comes on the market. We are willing to wait for an ideal condo which may take some time. We are receiving regular listings from her and as yet have not found a condo and are renting an apartment in the meantime. Over the years, we have sold 10 homes and have never experienced a real estate agent that cares so much for you. We know that we will recommend Rachel to friends and family when they are seeking a realtor to sell their home.

Rachel is beyond amazing! She's an expert in her field and was very helpful with our estate sale. She was so compassionate and helped our family through a very difficult time. Rachel went above and beyond doing everything she could to alleviate stress. She communicated with us continuously and was always available to answer questions or give us advice. The house itself was in need of quite a bit of TLC but Rachel priced it right. We had 54 showings and 23 offers and Rachel sold the house for $67,000 over the asking price. We were blown away. From stress to relief of the sale being complete, Rachel was with us through it all. Rachel genuinely cares about her clients and I can't recommend her enough! Thank you from the bottom of my heart
