I would recommend Franco Pontaletta as an agent to sell or buy a property. He is professional and is prompt with answering email or calls etc. He is a joy to work with and makes the process Easy. This is the second time he was our aren’t and we will have him for the next time as well.

Lynn helped us sell our family home of 18 years and buy a brand new townhouse. It was a challenging and eventful adventure doing this during a pandemic but Lynn was there for us the whole ride. Her patience and positivity helped reassure us that our home would sell and that we would find the right place to move to. Lynn always made us feel we could call and talk with her and she had time to answer questions, give advice and reassure us that this was "the process" and not to worry. We are extremely happy with our new home and would highly recommend Lynn to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Franco Pontaletta is an excellent agent. He is very professional and extremely dependable representative. Since we were new to Vancouver area, he helped us in identifying area and showed only houses which meets our needs. He also helped us in introducing to representatives of house inspection, insurance, Notary. He also read all the strata documents and informed us about the highlights. Vince did an amazing job. It was a long and rough 2 years looking at home after home, he was with us every step of the way, responsive, punctual and informative. In the end we placed our trust and he got us our dream home. Even after the purchase he was great at recommending great, reasonably priced contractors for slight tweaks in the home. Highly recommended. We will definitely work with him again when it comes to our next purchase and sale.
