My boyfriend and I are first time home buyers. Before meeting with Franco all we knew was a general idea of where we wanted to live. We were nervous and had no idea where to start. Franco helped us so much, he got us into showings very quickly and was able to work around our crazy schedule. He had so much information for us on all the places we looked at and always pointed out both positive and negative things about each listing. He was available to us through email, text and phone calls and always responded quickly with answers to all of our questions, and we had a lot! I would recommend Franco to friends, family and anyone who is looking for a down to earth realtor, who’s easy going but ready to jump in with 2 feet. He helped give us the push into real estate that we needed.

Franco sold our townhouse in 1 day for just $1000 below asking price! Great negotiator, great communicator, very motivated but at the same time extremely professional.
