Lynn Blendheim has been an amazing realtor. From the moment she introduced herself, through the showings and the sale, then the purchase of the new home, she was attentive, knowledgeable, extremely competent and dedicated. She worked tirelessly through multiple showings and facilitated viewings of other purchase properties. Our needs were complex but she made it look so easy. Even in such a challenging seller’s market, she managed to get us over our asking price in less then 1 week. She was in frequent contact, and the communication was phenomenal. We always knew what was happening, and she was very informative. Her follow up after the sale/purchase, has been stellar as well.
