Franco is clearly heads and shoulders above all 15 realtors I have used over the past 50 years. He went out of his way, from the minute he contacted me to when he presented me with the keys to my newly purchased property three weeks later. The viewings and purchase arrangements were all done virtually. It’s worth noting that neither Franco nor I had gone through a virtual viewing of property. Thanks to Franco, four units were viewed using FaceTime, with my trusted friend on site alongside him and me on my iPhone. From beginning to possession, thanks to Franco and his team, every detail from inspection to closure was taken care of. My notary, mortgage lender, home inspector, and myself couldn’t have been better served, thanks to Franco and his professional expertise. I highly recommend Franco for your next real estate transaction. He’s the very best, in my experience.

Franco responded the minute I clicked the link to the listing I was interested in looking at. From the very beginning, Franco provided exemplary service throughout the entire process. Neither Franco nor I had experience with purchasing a property virtually. He made arrangements to meet a trusted friend of mine and take her through 4 suites I was interested in viewing via FaceTime video. The entire process went smoothly. By the day’s end, I chose my suite, made an accepted offer under Franco’s guidance, which closed to my satisfaction two weeks later. Franco arranged an inspection, reviewed the strata minutes with me, and took care of all the requirements for a remote purchase. I couldn’t be happier with Franco and his team’s performance. The entire process went through without a hitch. I must say that Franco is on the top of my list for the best realtor I have ever worked with. And I can say this with conviction as I have worked with well over one dozen realtors in my lifetime. I highly recommend Franco and his team for any type of residential real estate services.
