We met Phil at an open house when we had just started looking for a place to live but before we were looking for a realtor. He was so knowledgeable, smart and personable that we asked him to represent us. After working with him through the entire buying process, I would say, Phil is, hands down, the best! He’s a brilliant numbers nerd, an avid student of the market. He knows what each property is worth at any given time. We were interested in a place that he recommended we not buy because it was overpriced. We walked away, and, a few weeks later, it sold for exactly what he said it was worth. He's an insightful psychologist who knows before you do what you’re looking for. Very early in the process, Phil figured out which property would interest us and what wouldn’t. He didn’t waste our time showing us places we wouldn’t like. He's a superb negotiator. We bought a place that sold the day it went on the market. We told him after we saw it that we wanted to make an offer. He did a masterful job of leading us through the negotiations process. We got what we wanted and didn’t have to bid above asking to get it despite stiff competition Finally, Phil is a wonderful human being. His focus is on you and what you want. For him, it’s not about making a sale but about making sure you get what you want at the best possible price. In short, we were lucky to find Phil. He made it possible for us to get exactly the house we wanted and he made the process fun and hassle free.

I really wanted to find a nice one bedroom apartment in West Vancouver. I did not want it to be a co-op. Phil narrowed things down for me, took me to selective listings and there was no pressure to make a quick choice. He was respectful of my wishes and listened to what I truly needed. The surprise was that he found me a lovely, renovated apartment with a view to the water. It was just perfect for my needs and I couldn't wait to move in. Phil LeGree recently sold our condo and we had such a great experience and wanted to share it! Phil is an expert in buying and selling on the North Shore so he was very knowledgeable about the market and did impeccable research to help us price our condo right to get it sold.
