If this is the first time that you are hiring a realtor, lucky you! Phil sets the Gold Standard of realtors and you will be starting your real estate investment career with the best. If you have hired other realtors in the past, you will immediately recognize how much more Phil brings to the entire transaction. We learned about Phil from our neighbour who had recently hired Phil to sell her property and he achieved over asking price for her and in record time. Her experience encouraged us to contact him. Phil arrived to our first meeting, on time and fully prepared with a very impressive presentation which included condos in our area currently on the market, or recently sold. He explained how he reached his assessment of the market value of our condo and why it was an excellent time to put it on the market. His analytical and strategic skills are excellent and is extremely knowledgeable. We learned more about many aspects of real estate transactions in that meeting than we have from any involvement with realtors in the past. His enthusiasm for marketing our property began before the listing was up and continued throughout the process. He built up excitement about our condo on social media and on multiple websites. We had an excellent booking response for the open house which continued for a couple of days following. Two excited potential buyers put in their offers and they were over asking as well! We were delighted with the results which culminated in a sale after only 6 days on the market, and it was for more than we had hoped. Even though we are moving out of this region, Phil has offered to give us some advice on the property we will be buying in our new location. He also has found us a great realtor there and personally called him to give him some background and introduce us. Whether you are selling your home or buying another one, Phil approaches the real estate process in the same way. If you are buying, he will get the best possible price for you. He is a skillful negotiator and it is obvious that he enjoys the process. Phil did it again! Over the last 10 years, Phil has been my realtor and helped me sell and purchase many homes as I upsize and dowsized and moved again at different stages of life. Very recently Phil helped me purchase a condo, one more time! Phil's experience, knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. He always provided expert opinion when needed but never pushed in any way. He is always respectful, accommodating and personable. Phil also uses recent technology very wisely to keep you informed and updated and to stay in touch. Phil did an outstanding job helping us find and purchase our first home. He was very quick to respond to all questions and on the ball getting viewings set up. He gave us some really helpful advice that made it easier for us to plan and time our search appropriately. His experience and diligence resulted in us getting a great deal for a place that we love. Before picking Phil, we identified several top-rated realtors we could potentially go with and interviewed each of them (we just couldn't go off of other people's recommendations alone). Phil stood out as someone that would really look out for us and would have the charisma, tools, and experience needed to give us an edge in this unreasonable market. Well, he certainly proved us right. Phil patiently guided us through the process - all its ups and downs, and all the hope and disappointment that comes with trying to find your perfect first home. We never felt rushed or pressured, and even though I felt like we were being very discerning, he always reassured us that this was the right thing to do and that it was important we find a home we could truly love. When the time finally came and we found "the one", we hit a major snag: the price was beyond our hard limit. Yet somehow, Phil managed to negotiate it down by a sizable amount - very uncommon for a new development. But forget all that - give him a call yourself and ask him questions! He emphasized from the get-go that it's important to have a good fit and to find the right realtor for you. He certainly was the right one for us, and he could be the right one for you too.
