We met Phil at an open house when we had just started looking for a place to live but before we were looking for a realtor. He was so knowledgeable, smart and personable that we asked him to represent us. After working with him through the entire buying process, I would say, Phil is, hands down, the best! He's an insightful psychologist who knows before you do what you’re looking for. Very early in the process, Phil figured out which property would interest us and what wouldn’t. He didn’t waste our time showing us places we wouldn’t like. He's a superb negotiator. We bought a place that sold the day it went on the market. We told him after we saw it that we wanted to make an offer. He did a masterful job of leading us through the negotiations process. We got what we wanted and didn’t have to bid above asking to get it despite stiff competition Finally, Phil is a wonderful human being. His focus is on you and what you want.
