We have had the absolute privilege to work with Phil Legree with five family real estate transactions in the past 3 years. Phil is extremely experienced , knowledgeable, professional, personable. He listens , very well. He is ALWAYS available even for the smallest, silliest requests. He studies the market and knows it . He teaches it.
