<p>I met Pete looking at a property of his. He was professional and very knowledgable right off the bat. Giving me cause me to use his skills to veiw several properties until we found one I loved and purchased the same night it went on the market. Pete went out of his way working late into the night to get the deal done. I knew then i would be a client for life. <p>Pete came recommended from a good friend and being my first home purchase, I wanted to use someone I knew. Pete was great! Prior to even looking at houses, he took the time to walk me through the whole process, get a good understanding of who I am and what I was looking for as well as alleviate any concerns or apprehensions I had.</p> <p>Part of our initial discussion included financing for which Pete was able to provide some helpful tips when negotiating with the bank as well as some brokers who he has dealt with in the past. Pete was always upfront about his connection to any companies or individuals he recommended and ensured I understood I was able to choose anyone to perform these tasks.</p> <p>Pete set me up with a personalized property search which provided regular emails as to properties meeting my criteria coming on the market in my desired areas. When there was one I wanted to see, it was a matter of a quick call to Pete and we'd be off within 24 - 48 hours.</p> <p>Once I narrowed down my potential selection to a few properties, Pete ensured we had ample time to tour and discuss the various pros & cons of each. Getting to know each other on a personal level helped as Pete was able to balance the discussion based on my needs/wants past my excitement for my first home.</p> <p>When it came time to sort out the home inspection, lawyers, etc. Pete was again extremely helpful! He recommended a few companies which provide the services<br /> I would highly recommend Pete (and have done so) as he's a straight-up, no BS kind of guy, who will put in the extra effort to ensure you get the deal you're looking for.</p>

<p>When my wife and I were looking to purchase our first home, we contacted Peter to represent us. Being that it was our first home buying experience, we had lots of questions that were answered thoroughly and each situation was explained how it benefited.</p> <p>We were had a look at several homes that suited our needs and discussed with Peter the benefits of each home.
