<p>When we listed our condo with Peter, we were hopeful but apprehensive due to the current economy in Calgary. Peter was able to find the right buyer and negotiate on our behalf to receive an offer we couldn't refuse. As a first time home seller, Peter was able to provide me with the necessary info without having it be overwhelming. His approach, guidance and commitment to the listing exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Peter to any first time home buyer/seller, and will continue to use Peter for all future real estate transactions.</p>

<p>Trust is a very important part of the relationship with your agent. Peter helped me with the sale of my home and it went very quickly. This was a little bit of a concern for me because I thought it would take much longer and I had not started looking for a new home at all. I had 45 days and I would be out of a home. I started to panic. Peter went in to overdrive and made sure I saw every home I wanted to see. He set up excellent parameters so that my daily emails of homes met all of my requirements. I felt as if I had to make a decision quickly but Peter calmed me down and convinced me I had time. I knew I had put my trust in the right person. He made sure that I would get what i wanted and that I would not over pay. When a home I liked was over priced he did his best to get the price inline to where it should be and when the seller would not budge his recommendation was that we could continue with the higher offer it but I would be paying too much so it was up to me. When it comes to negotiation I do not think that many agents will have the skills that Peter has. He makes sure to gather the neighborhood knowledge to go in informed. We walked away and I am glad we did. Peter was able to fit all of my viewing requests into my limited availability. When we finally found the my new home it was priced great and Peter helped me to negotiate an even better price. He connected me with an excellent inspector so I really felt like I knew what I was getting into. In just over a week we saw over two dozen homes. Any time I was worried I was asking for too much, Peter assured me he was there to help and he really did help by taking away as much stress as possible. I knew I had chosen the right person to navigate my biggest purchase ever and i am beyond happy with the results. Peter will not let you down and he will keep you smiling and laughing all the way,.</p>

<p><br /> Peter's straight forward attitude is just what you need in a realtor. He is always prepared and ready to answer any questions that you might have. He has excellent knowledge of both ends of the process and he is not afraid to say he has to get back to you to make sure you have the best information. He started the process with a trip to my home and visit to similar homes in the area. it was something that I had never thought of but really set me up for success in preparing and pricing my home. He made a list of a few suggestions to get ready for the process I followed his suggestions and was very happy that I did. I made sure to get my financing in order. I decluttered and cleaned my home. I made sure to make any touch ups or repairs that a buyer may see as problematic and ordered any necessary paper work. When he sent the photographers my home was ready to go without any additional staging or cost for me. Even i was impressed by the photos taken by the photographers. they really showed off my homes assets. The pictures were up and the bookings flooded in and 24 hours later I had multiple viewings and multiple offers. It only took one day on the market to sell my home. I feel that Peter's knowledge of the market helped us price the home well. Also his knowledge of the process and his suggestions made sure that I was ready. He helped me to navigate the offer process as this the first time I have ever sold a house. We ended up getting more then the asking prices with almost no conditions. I am beyond happy with the process and the end result of working with Peter. His professional attitude and good nature made a complex and potential stressful process seem much more enjoyable.
