<p>COULDN'T BE HAPPIER that we chose Pete Chapman as our realtor. He is real, direct and trustworthy!! My husband and I were looking for a home and for once we didn't have to bring him listings to go see. Pete found us a few houses that met our criteria. He had us out and looking at one house in particular only a few HOURS after it was listed! With his guidance and expertise we now can call that house our home! He has also helped 6 of my family and friends with the sale/purchases of their homes and they all couldn't be happier. His guidance and constant communication makes the whole experience of selling or buying a home so much more enjoyable. I can't thank him enough, me and my husband are so happy we chose to use Pete!!!</p>

<p>Fantastic customer service, superb negotiation skills and excellent market advice. The best realtor I have worked with in Calgary. Our house had a slim chance of selling given market conditions and Peter had it listed and sold within 3 weeks. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. You will not be disappointed.</p>

<p>Peter represented us on the sale of our sub-pentouse condo in The Arriva building. We had tenants in the property and Peter was able to manage that process for us despite us not physically living in Calgary. Peter was required to personally show the condo as a result of the agreement with our tenants and he went out of his way to make this happen. The condo market was down and the luxury condo market was down even further and Pete was able to get us a cash offer and even negotiated the transfer of the tenant to the new owner. We were so relieved and happy we chose to work with him. We would absolutely recommend Peter for selling or buying, he is straight-forward and honest and we felt that we were in great hands. <p>Peter Chapman helped my wife and I with the purchase of our first home. What immediately stands out about Peter is his honesty and trustworthiness. Whenever he took us out to view properties, Peter would always give us his most honest opinion about what we were seeing. And it wasn't just, "This is good/bad". Peter was thorough. He'd tell us what he did and didn't like and why.</p> <p>For instance, we found a townhouse we really liked in Arbor Lake. Peter shows us the place and we end up putting in an offer. It's our first offer on a property, so we're a little nervous. But Peter made us feel so empowered during this process. He always kept us informed about how the deal was unfolding the moment details came to him. He really wanted us to learn the process and helped us make educated decisions.</p> <p>Peter's an incredible negotiator too. Someone you definitely want in your corner! When we were finally ready to buy our first house, Peter was in there like a dirty shirt getting us the deal we wanted. We ended up getting a gorgeous 3-bedroom house for below market value, and he even negotiated a $1000 hold-back after seeing its condition during our final inspection.</p> <p>Did I also mention that Peter taught himself a little American Sign Language for my wife who's Deaf? Yeah, seriously! If that's not a realtor that's truly invested in his clients, I don't know what is. Hire him and you won't be disappointed!</p>
