<p>Pat Sirois was introduced to us by our friends who recently sold their home through him. At our first meeting with Pat, we had an impression that Pat is enthusiastic and confident. Due to our extremely busy schedule and life situation, setting up a time for showing has been always a challenge which requires Pat to have more coordination between the seller and buyer’s side. with patience. Although, at times it can be frustrating, Pat tried his best to accommodate us. In order to get our home to have a wider exposure, Pat utilized his university training in marketing to bring in more interests from buyers. Our listing photos and virtual tour which captured the characters of our home looked both professional and attractive. Shortly after our home got listed, the pandemic hit hard and selling home was even more stressful to us. Pat made signs at our front door to remind people to view the home in a safer way. For our first home showing, Pat came earlier to our home walking through with us to make sure we were fully ready. Effective communication between a seller and agent is key important to us, we truly appreciated his quick response to any of our questions and concerns. We sincerely thank Pat for his hard work in selling our home.</p>
