Pat was awesome! He was patient and worked with us to help us find exactly what we wanted! He was always a phone call or text message away whenever I had questions or found a house I wanted to see. This was our first time buying a house and he helped us with every step of the process!

Pat is the best agent for me. We went to Regina to look for a house. Pat is so patience to us, we looked a lot of different houses , until we find the right one and the house that i like. I would say he never give up on us. Until now he is still helping us with the things we needed beacuse it’s a big move for us from Ontario to Regina.
