Pat helped us through the process of selling our home and purchasing a new home. Our new home met the needs of our growing family, in an area we desired to be in, and was a great fit! Pat helped us through some bumps along the way working through the sale process, and we are overall very happy with the outcome and our new home.

My wife and I were looking for our first home. We ended up meeting Pat through on online viewing request for a home we were interested in. Upon our first meet, I could tell that Pat takes interest in his clients needs and isn’t all about making a deal. With the honesty he showed, it was easy to trust him. Even with his busy schedule he always made time to answer all of our questions through calls and texts. He guided us step by step through the entire process. As first time home buyers, and with our special circumstances our stress levels were off the charts. Pat’s way of explaining things and his approach made the whole process seem easy. With his level of commitment and expertise he was able to find us our forever home in just 3 weeks! I would have to say he is top notch, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or purchase!

Pat went far and beyond the call of duty in regards of selling our home. The house needed some much needed care and I didn’t think anyone would buy it and I felt that I was facing a foreclosure. Pat reassured me that it will eventually sell. He hired cleaners, painters, and repair people to fix up the house as I am living out of province and couldn’t do it. He eventually found a buyer but we had a shortfall after adding all expenses of selling. Pat helped us figure out the shortfall and was able to close the deal. Without Pat we would be facing foreclosure. He truly cares about his clients and does what he can to help get you what you need. I will forever be grateful for his help and don’t think any other realtor would have worked as hard as Pat did for me and my family. I can’t thank him enough.
