Pat is very knowledgeable in regards to both market and the physical homes. I was very impressed with his ability to look for things in a home that I would not think of. Needless to say it was very relaxing to let him take lead in helping us find our home. Pat never pushed any property on us and looked after our best interests. Once our home was found Pat did a great job in looking after us ie: Lining up the home inspections and all the paper work that can seem like a lot when purchasing a new home. Great experience with Pat!
