I feel fortunate having had Pam DeCourcey as my realtor. Pam understood my needs along with my top priorities. She is great at evaluating each home during showings and is knowledgeable when it comes to market value, especially at this unusual time in NB. Pam was able to connect me to all the appropriate persons, from plumbers, inspectors and lawyers. Great for someone like me who is new to the province. Pam is not only a great realtor but someone who you can trust with this sometimes difficult and stressful new experience. Her team is number 1. I would highly recommend Pam DeCourcey to everyone.
