Pam and her team have fantastic customer service. Pam is very responsive, has extensive knowledge in the Saint John market, and is a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond and helped our family succeed in finding a home in a highly competitive market. Pam was very professional and made the experience of marketing my property quite easy during a time when I was recovering from hip surgery. She explained the process very well and was always very prompt getting back to me if I had questions. My experience working with Pam and her assistant, Nicole, was very positive and I would definitely ask Pam to represent me should I buy or sell a property in the future.

The only thing difficult about our time with Pam was that Covid restrictions prevented us from hugging her! Pam was a fantastic support for our family as we navigated the purchase of our dream home. We are so grateful to have found her.

From the first encounter to the close of the sale, Pam DeCourcey and her team Delighted us … not satisfied… but delighted. Admittedly my expectations are extremely high. I sought out Pam to represent us, as her reputation as the best real estate agent in the Market preceded her. Having moved in my career 10 times, from coast to coast and most cities in between I’ve seen the good, the bad, and in Pam’s case… in my opinion, the Best. It began with a candid discussion of objectives and followed with an accurate valuation. While we were only on the market for 4 weeks… those four weeks were, Xmas week, New Year’s Week, and two weeks in Jan in the Full NB Lockdown… the 4 worst weeks of the year to try and sell a home perhaps). We got Full LIST! Within 1 month. Pam and her entire team are very professional and just as importantly very positive, happy and excited about the profession they operate in at excel at. Whether its Saturday night at 11pm or Sunday Morning at 7:30am they are available to sort out any issues, clarifications, last minute negotiation scrambles… we anxious clients threw their way. Selling a house is one thing… Having a house sale go quickly, smooth, in a timely, organized, and anticipated fashion is an Art. As a businessman, I felt fortunate, to have had the experience to watch the DeCourcey and Company team Paint a Masterpiece for my wife and I in what seemed to us as such an effortless fashion.
