Excellence is often promoted but seldom actually presented. DeCourcey and Company were truly excellent. From the first encounter to the close of the sale, Pam DeCourcey and her team Delighted us … not satisfied… but delighted. Admittedly my expectations are extremely high. I sought out Pam to represent us, as her reputation as the best real estate agent in the Market preceded her. Having moved in my career 10 times, from coast to coast and most cities in between I’ve seen the good, the bad, and in Pam’s case… in my opinion, the Best. It began with a candid discussion of objectives and followed with an accurate valuation. While we were only on the market for 4 weeks… those four weeks were, Xmas week, New Year’s Week, and two weeks in Jan in the Full NB Lockdown… the 4 worst weeks of the year to try and sell a home perhaps). We got Full LIST! Within 1 month. Pam and her entire team are very professional and just as importantly very positive, happy and excited about the profession they operate in at excel at. Whether its Saturday night at 11pm or Sunday Morning at 7:30am they are available to sort out any issues, clarifications, last minute negotiation scrambles… we anxious clients threw their way. Selling a house is one thing… Having a house sale go quickly, smooth, in a timely, organized, and anticipated fashion is an Art. As a businessman, I felt fortunate, to have had the experience to watch the DeCourcey and Company team Paint a Masterpiece for my wife and I in what seemed to us as such an effortless fashion. Thanks Pam, Nicole, and the entire team… You DELIGHTED us!

She is great at evaluating each home during showings and is knowledgeable when it comes to market value, especially at this unusual time in NB.
