Pam is a star. She helped us find and buy our home while out of the province. We have also used her for a few other investment properties. She has amazing knowledge of the area and insights to a lot of homes on the market. She responds immediately, is patient, and most of all provides honest feedback when viewing a home. <p>I had first retained Pam Decourcey to assist me as a lawyer to find a purchaser for a rundown property with many zoning issues although in a normally positive attractive municipality. that thus had a number of obstacles in expediting its sale. Pam came through beautifully in finding an interested purchaser. When my spouse Charlene and I finally decided the time had come to downsize we contacted Pam Decourcey.When the Covid pandemic first began she found a home which did fit our needs but our home was not yet on the market.Pam never pressured us. When we received a private unsolicited offer Pam gratuitously advised us with no commission involved and quickly found us our new home. As well she gave us contacts with service people we required that proved to be excellent. Pam is a true professional. Charlene and I highly recommend others to consider her services.</p>

Pam helped us buy virtually in the midst of a pandemic! She walked us through every home using FaceTime. She looked at every home and showed every home like she was buying for herself which was so appreciated when we couldn’t see it in person ourselves. She helped us get all the information we could before making any decisions. Even once everything was done she made herself available for anything we needed while we were in quarantine. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement.

I asked Pam to sell my home based on recommendations from friends and associates. They were right on target. I was , and continue to be , amazed at her prompt attention to any all of my requests . She took me through all the steps, being attentive to any bits of confusion I had , or seemed to her I had, along the way. Gave me comparables, helped with negotiations, details related to the legal matters, advice about movers, cleaners, sale of the furnishings I couldn’t take with me...any and all issues that came up. Not all moves are as a result of positive experiences. Mine was not. My wife and I...well, mostly my wife...had created a lovely home and we enjoyed many many happy times with neighbours, friends and family. Leaving our home following her death was very difficult. Pam helped me through the process with skill and professionalism. Her kindness and thoughtfulness was exceptional.
