Pam (and company) are a dream team! For some first time home buyers, not from the area, with a baby on the way AND during a pandemic, Pam and her team made the experience such a treat! She was honest, readily available for questions (trust me there were lots) and patient every step of the way. If we didn’t love our new house so much we’d sell again just to have the opportunity to work with her again!

We felt highly supported and informed throughout the selling experience. Pam was knowledgeable, respectful and responsive through all phases of the selling process. We highly recommend Pam given our outstanding experience.

We cold called Pam in March 2020 regarding a property as she was the listing agent. From the start she displayed a professional attitude and helped guide us thru the process of purchasing a property in NB- note we lived in BC at the time. Pam got us set up with contacts for a lawyer, insurance agent, health care, power, home heating, lawn care, to name a few, and really went the “extra mile” to help us as a real estate pro, and as a newly found friend. We are moving to NB with our 83 year old mother and Pam had already got her set up with her own 80 year old mother for senior play dates. <p>I chose Pam DeCourcey of Remax to market and sell my house, because she has the unique knowledge of the garden homes that were being built, since 2002. They may be “cookie cutter” style on the outside but inside, each house have different layouts, different sizes and designs inside, with partial or finished basements.<br /> I can add all the clich’es about her talents and attributes, diligence, knowledgeable, honesty, integrity, congenial, confident, and trust amongst other things. But most of all she made me feel comfortable and not rushed, in my dealings to market and sell the house.
