After having a bad experience when purchasing our first home, we did our homework to find the best realtor in the area to sell our home. After interviewing several agents, we selected Pam for the service that she was able and willing to provide. She used professional photography and 3D mapping to help market the house and took our suggestions into consideration. We were happy to be able to sell the house for significantly over the asking price despite the cooling market. Pam and Nicole (her office assistant) were responsive to questions and always pleasant to deal with.
