We were first-time sellers, selling our mother's property that was located 3 hrs away from us. Norm was professional, knowledgeable and made the process seamless. He actively marketed the property, during the pandemic with many businesses closed, and got us the price we wanted. The property was only on the market about 2 months and had alot of viewings, more than we expected during the pandemic. When Norm Cholak initially came to view our home, we were not in a position to put it on the market at that time. We discussed with Norm the process of selling our house and what was entailed. He suggested various things that factor in to receiving the best price for the market, such as carpet cleaning, clearing clutter, making our home welcoming when you first walk in. Following our first meeting, Norm occasionally called to see how things were going and if we had any questions or concerns which was very helpful. There was absolutely no pressure and when we decided to list our home, Norm arrived on time, was professionally dressed and we talked about the current real estate market in our area. He listened to us and answered any questions. The listing price was reasonable to us and he told us the photographer was coming in 3 days for a virtual house tour. The 'for sale' sign was posted within 2 days and our house listing soon went online. Within 3 HOURS we received our first offer!
