Norm took our listing the week before COVID-19 work from home. We were quiet for showings for a while, but this was more due to the market conditions in March/April. Once government re-opened for business, showings picked up and we had many showings from May 15th until we sold. Norm was a pleasure to work with, his expertise on the market shows when he talks. He came prepared, with color print-outs of all similar homes in the area that were up for sale, plus homes that had sold in the past year, along with the average days on the market, average selling price, etc. We were able to choose a selling price that day, he had his team out the next day to photograph and measure, and it was on MLS the following day!</p> <p>Norm was very patient and professional, despite several challenges that arose during the process of selling the home.
