Norm did a comprehensive market review of comparable houses for sale/sold in the neighborhood. He was firm on the asking price and would not go higher. His photographer did a good job of presenting the house online and in the brochure. We sold in one day and got our asking price.

Norm took our listing the week before COVID-19 work from home. We were quiet for showings for a while, but this was more due to the market conditions in March/April. <p>After interviewing several potential realtors to sell our house, Norm was the obvious choice. He seemed genuinely interested in the home itself, pointing out its attributes. He came prepared, with color print-outs of all similar homes in the area that were up for sale, plus homes that had sold in the past year, along with the average days on the market, average selling price, etc. We were able to choose a selling price that day, he had his team out the next day to photograph and measure, and it was on MLS the following day!</p> <p>Norm was very patient and professional, despite several challenges that arose during the process of selling the home.
