I was fortunate to choose Norm as my agent and did so based on name recognition. Norm and his team did a great job marketing my home and his commitment to professional service shone through all of my dealings with him. Norm was extremely easy to contact and he was always keeping me up to date with the market conditions and trends in my area. I was surprised to learn by talking to other people that not all agents share Norm’s detailed approach when it comes to house pricing and the market. Several agents have seen my home and quoted prices to me, Norm was the only one who viewed the whole house and who came armed with local listings to compare.
