Nicole was amazing for us! As first time homebuyers we were nervous and lacked knowledge of the whole process. Nicole was sweet enough to answer all of our questions and put us at ease when we felt overwhelmed. She set us up with a custom website to look at houses that met our criteria and then took us to see about 12 houses over about 2 week period. She gave us honest feedback about each listing and even took us back to houses more than once if we were still on the fence. She shared knowledge about house upkeep and approximate cost for potential changes in each house if we decided to buy that particular one. She hooked us up with connections for appliances, lawyer, window coverings and house inspectors which made the experience much more painless. She communicated with us effectively and even reached out to our bank multiple times when it seemed like our mortgage specialist was dropping the ball and putting our offer in jeopardy. We cannot recommend Nicole enough, and will definitely be reaching out when it's time to sell and move to another house!

Nicole recently helped me and my wife purchase our first home. Could not have received a better experience. She was kind, professional, and most importantly very easy to be around. It felt as if a friend was showing us houses. She was very driven to find as our perfect home that meets all of the things we wanted. I will jow be recommending her to everyone I know thatvis looking for a home because I can't imagine a better experience coming from someone else.

Nicole was absolutely amazing with us. We are so glad we chose her to help us find our forever home. After asking a few RIGHT questions, she was able to determine the type of people we are and what the right home would be for us...amazing! She nailed it!. We didn't view a lot of houses as she was able to find the one for us. But in the ones we did see, Nicole was able to point out the good and the bad of each house - things we didn't even notice nor would have noticed if she didn't point these things out. Nicole was very professional and always responsive. Her negotiation skills were impeccable and we ended up with the price we were comfortable with. Of course we weren't her only clients but she made us feel as if we were. We were unsure about what to do with certain areas of the house we ended up with - Nicole was right there helping us out without interfering. We love our house; we love the neighbourhood; we love Nicole!!! We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house....100%, no wait....110%+ :)

I reached out to Nicole to investigate selling my property. Nicole responded the fastest of any realtor and continued to respond super fast throughout the process. Being in a different province, it was very comforting to have someone put in the effort over long distance. Nicole asked me several questions no other realtor did to determine the most accurate valuation. As I was on the financial fence, it was key to have this info. She also presented all of her research in a clear and concise manner. Nicole is simply amazing and easy to deal with. You won’t be disappointed.

Without a doubt Nicole is a Professional Realtor. Nicole brought to the experience Client Value. This value meant so much to me during our selling and purchasing transactions. I first had the pleasure of meeting hear during my Daughter and Son-In-Law first home purchase. That lead to her marketing (not just listing) my then principle residence. She was “in my corner” through some difficult days leading up to seeing the conditions removed on an accepted offer. She didn’t stop there. Even with my plan to rent during the transition period she eloquently sought after a new primary residence that would best suit my needs and wants. She was patient with me and often brought me back to what we knew was right when I often went of track, seeking something that would not be a good fit. I highly recommend Nicole as my Seller and Buying Professional Realtor. That is because she has great skill sets for initially understanding my needs, knowledgeable in the home selling and purchasing protocols and personable in applying those attributes to a business relationship.
