There are no suitable words to describe how wonderful Nicole and her team are. We were purchasing our first home from out of province and we could not have been happier with how things went because Nicole and her team were always on the ball. We seen quite a few houses and the only one we fell in love had multiple bids go in and she walked us through the entire process getting us our house. We can not thank her enough for all the hard work and dedication she put in to getting us into our home!

Truthfully I’m one to often forget to write reviews after a service but my experiences with Nicole were too amazing not to share. We have now bought two homes with Nicole, and I wouldn’t, nor will I ever, have it ANY other way. She is truly the best real estate agent out there. She is honest, bubbly, kind, attentive, and she knows her stuff! She has truly made the entire home buying experience so smooth and comfortable, and I can genuinely say she is no longer just my “agent” but a true friend. I could talk to her about anything and everything. She’s stuck with us for life!!

Nicole was amazing, as a first time home buyer there's a lot of information being thrown at you and Nicole made the process so easy and as least stressful as it could be. She was very knowledgeable and made sure to work to get the best outcome during my house purchase. I would happily use her again and recommend her to any of my friends!

Nicole and Tianna are amazing! Moving from a different province and not knowing the city very well is definitely not an easy task for whoever is looking for a new home, but they made everything look so simple. Nicole helped us narrow the neighbourhoods down to only two, and because of that, we were able to visit almost 10 different houses in just a few hours. She also got us an amazing deal with the developer, saving us thousands of dollars and getting us free upgrades that would also have cost us thousands of dollars down the road. I couldn't be happier with our new home. We love the location and everything else about it! Highly recommend Nicole and Tianna if you are looking for a new home!
