Nicole was such a joy to have as my realtor! This was my first home purchase and she was able to give me so much advice and knowledge on how to figure out what I’m looking for and what things I should be on the lookout for. She spent a lot of time taking me to different locations and would voice any concerns she had about the property. I never felt pressured to make a decision and she would let me know if there were reasons I should not consider the property rather than pressuring me to purchase. With the property I ended up purchasing she was great at negotiating the price and ensuring that all of the things agreed to in the contract was upheld by the previous owner and she followed up on any issues that came up with them not completing things in a timely manner. She got me a really good deal on my property and helped me every step of the way for being a new home owner.

Willing to work with you and what you want. Knowledgeable and fair. You'll get nothing but the truth from Nicole and even if you have opinions that are different from hers she's willing to fight to help you get what you want. Nothing bad ever came up throughout the whole 6 months it took to find our house and purchase.

Nicole is absolutely amazing. We had a condo that needed to be sold in order for us to buy a house and we did not have super high expectations considering we were selling a condo in the $250,000 range. Nicole literally sold it for us is 39 DAYS. She put a lot of hard work into our listing and we felt very well informed and taken care of during the whole process. I recommend her to anyone I know who is buying or selling property because I know from experience that they will be well taken care of! As a first time home buyer, Nicole made this process very easy and painless. We recommend her to all of our family and friends when ever we hear they are in the market for buying a home.
