My husband and I were buying our first home and had no idea what we were doing, but Nicole walked us through every step of the process and made sure we found the home we were looking for at a good price. She is super friendly and professional and very timely in her responses. We would definitely recommend her as a real estate agent. She was also not afraid to tell us when she thought a property didn't meet expectations.

I’d like to take the time to recognize Nicole Bosse for her amazing job selling my house. I believed it might be a difficult sale due to some work the house needed, plus the fact that it was a unique floor layout that isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. She gave me advice and tips on what to do to make it show well, and it worked! The house sold in what I would consider record time. She also helped me FIND a house! Nicole was awesome to work with. We saw a listing. Called the numbers online and on the board. It was Nicole that got back to me. She was easy going. Accommodating. Flexible. If I had any questions she got to me back in a timely fashion. She was a initiating agent and easy to work with. Got answers for any concerns from the other party. I will definitely use her again.

As first time home buyers, we were nervous going into the process but Nicole was able to break things down in simple terms for us and made it easy with a no-pressure attitude and her professional nature. She had wealth of knowledge to share about property values and neighbourhood information supported by real evidence and facts. At the same time, she was very approachable, friendly and had our backs when it was time to negotiate with the builder. She even joined us to help pick out upgrades after we signed our deal!
