Milan was a wonderful agent to work with. It was outstanding the way he marketed my property. I had it listed with a different agent, then hired Milan. The difference between his marketing skills and the previous realtor was "over the top". The property was a unique one and required a specific buyer, the way Milan marketed it brought a buyer in a short time. The home I sold was my "in between" home and only spent a few months there every year. I was away when the deal closed, Milan dealt with it in a very professional matter and handled the details while I was away. He was so personable that I felt like he was my friend and I had know him for years. I had no qualms of using him to make my next purchase, I gave him an idea of what sort of property I was looking for. He worked hard to find the right property and I bought in short order. He has a great grasp of the marketplace. I would not hesitate to use his services for my next transactions.

We found he also came up with ideas and questions that we hadn't even thought of which is so nice to be able to have someone so trustworthy on the other side. In the following months, Milan was always there for us across 1000's of miles. We are now residents in Oliver and have gratefully remained in touch with him and still to this day use his knowledge about the area. we would definitely use his services again and also highly recommend him !!!

Milan Starcic was very outstanding with selling our cabin at Mt. Baldy. He told us what the price range would be because we did not have a clue. And he sold it for top dollar. He was outstanding.
