Milan was a wonderful agent to work with. It was outstanding the way he marketed my property. I had it listed with a different agent, then hired Milan. The difference between his marketing skills and the previous realtor was "over the top". The property was a unique one and required a specific buyer, the way Milan marketed it brought a buyer in a short time. We wanted to be able to share our experience with a "special" person we met. As walk - in's off the street we met Milan Starcic. We were interested in purchasing a house in Oliver B. C. We also needed it to be tenanted as we were not planning on moving there until the Fall of 2017. Milan was a GEM. He was extremely accommodating to our time lines, needs and hours.
