Well where do we start...Selling our home through Milan Starcic was an absolute breeze ..from start to finish. We have dealt with many Realtors over 40 years and without a Doubt he is in a Class all his own ( First Class). Any and all questions were answered immediately..,he kept in constant contact with any updates or changes...he went above and beyond the call of duty, being of Service to his Clients. If you want a Stress-free Process of Buying /Selling your Home, don't waste your time on other Realtors..

We were new to the Okanagan region and had two realtors recommended to us by friends. After contacting the other realtors several times, we were not getting anywhere. Milan was recommended to us by our friend's parents and he replied within minutes. He showed us several homes, drove us through the area and showed us local beach spots. When we picked our home he recommended insurance brokers, home inspectors, etc to help us through the process. Milan is knowledgeable and attentive. He was a pleasure to work with and we hope he will remain a positive contact for our family. We would recommend Milan to anyone looking to move in the South Okanagan. Milan made moving from another province during a pandemic easy and removed alot of the stress from us with his helpful guidance and friendly personality.

As a first time buy Milan was fantastic throughout the whole process. All my questions and concerns were answered right away, and I felt well supported the whole time. I was able to learn and became more knowledgeable about the sale because of his efforts. The process was stress free and exciting; and I know he had my best interests at hand.
