Milan was quick to reply no matter how I communicated: text, email or phone. His research and knowledge helped so much with a fair asking price. Pictures, staging and 3d video were exceptional. Most importantly he did not jump at first offer and encouraged us to counter offer.

This is the second time I have been involved with Milan as a realtor. In both cases the homes sold very quickly at market prices.
