I have known Milan for quite some time so when it came time for me to buy some land for my retirement dream I didn't hesitate. We all have ideals and usually a long list of "requirements" but they are not always realistic. Trying to do this while a few hundred miles away in the middle of winter doesn't help either but I trusted him. Milan did not disappoint! He made everything extremely simple and delivered on every "requirement" on my wish list.

Milan was very professional. He was always prompt for his appointments and prepared with any documents we needed to see. I enjoyed the way he showed us the various properties. He would basically open the door, let us browse, ask questions, and we felt free to look where we wanted. He did not try to push anything on us or try to change our minds. He spent many hours working with us behind the scenes in the form of phone calls and texts to answer our questions and concerns. Well done.
