Michael helped my wife and me with both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our current one. On the sale of our previous home we were very impressed with the thorough market analysis of recent activity and the pricing strategy we adopted to sell the property. His level approach and excellent negotiating strategy helped us get more for our property than we were expecting. Same with the purchase of our current home.
