Michael is a great person and very honest and knowledgeable real estate agent. It took him only three days to sell the apartment. He took care of the property since vacant, until it was sold. He also provided a list of contractors to do any repairs needed in the apartment. He is very helpful and always available when you need him. If you are looking for a realtor in the Calgary and area, that makes the difference, Michael is the one. I recommend him 100%
