<p>Mike helped us with perhaps the hardest type of purchase. We were moving back from Switzerland, had not actually seen the house. Our family had done a visit and provided feedback, but we only had photos to go on. Mike provided accurate information on the house and its characteristics, arranged a detailed home inspection and when negotiations went sideways with the sellers, he kept a cool head and offered sound, calm advice, 100% focused on our needs rather than closing the sale that convinced us to continue discussions and come to an agreement. Mike is a great advocate and professional.</p>
