I met him the first time while he was on the other side of the table presenting the seller. We had a few nice interactions. I thought he was patient and he made me feel that he was listening my opinions instead of defending the seller. Although I didn’t buy his listing at the end, he ended up becoming my realtor to find my condo. Throughout my house hunting process, he demonstrated his professionalism, knowledge and once again he showed his patience and care. In short, I’m glad I hired him as my realtor!

Michael and I have done several real estate deals together, but none more memorable than the “hostage negotiation” with our Strathmore Lakes house when the seller split with her hubby and decided she wanted to screw him by deciding not to sell to us last minute! Our entire lives packed into boxes waiting to move and it was some very tense moments but Mike was patient and helped us through the hostage negotiations!

I have completed several transactions with Mike, he is the epitome of professionalism. Every time I had a question he responded in a timely manner and provided advice that aided in a smooth transaction. I would definitely use his services again.

He never made us feel rushed. Was there when we needed him. Gave us honest feed back on resale value on some houses we looked at.

I can’t speak highly enough of Mike as my real estate agent and a friend! I've used his services to sell my condo AND to purchase my new townhouse. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity, respectful attitude, negotiation skills and work ethic are very much valued and are hard to replicate!
