Michael and his team did exceptional work marketing two of my newly built townhouse projects. He went above and beyond dealing with tenant concerns, property management requests and staging. Michael was extremely professional throughout the process and I would highly recommend him.

My Fiancé and I bought our house with Michael in 2021. He went above and beyond, starting with asking us what our future looked like in our home and then guiding us through our home buying journey. We were nervous to make such a life-changing purchase (first time buyers) but Michael was great at putting our minds at ease. He’s also a great negotiator. In an upward swinging market we still managed to get below market because of his knowledge of the neighborhood and the intricacies of the offer process. We will use Michael again!

Michael helped us buy our house years ago and we were very happy with his exemplary service. We chose him again for the sale of our house in July and once again, he went the extra mile by volunteering to help clear out some of our stuff as we were going through a tough time due to the passing of our father.
