Michael was our realtor when selling our first home in Signal Hill, as well as buying our new home in West Springs. He was incredibly knowledgable of the neighbourhood, but also, where his value really shines, is understanding the value of the investment we were making and guiding us to making a great buying decision that will serve us long-term both in terms of livability and the overall investment we made. In selling our home, Mike and his team took beautiful photos, provided great feedback on what we needed to do in preparation to sell, and marketed the home to get the maximal value out of our home. When it came to offers and negotiation, we had full trust in Michael and he did not let us down. I will continue to use Michael for anything real-estate related in the future. As an additional note, and possibly equally important, Mike is a really nice, friendly, and overall great guy. When spending time with an agent, viewing properties, selling your home, etc, it's important that you like the person you work with, and he is instantly likeable.
