Michael is great to work with. This is the second time I have had the pleasure of hiring Michael to represent me. I think he is 10/10. We had a couple of unique factors to navigate with the sale of my rental property that seemed daunting at first, but Michael was the best person to have in my corner. Michael researched the area we were looking to buy, and followed up on every house we saw. He was helpful in getting our house listed in a timely manner, and again followed up with us. The market was not in our favor, despite that, he managed sell us and got the date we wanted to close.
