After multiple attempts at selling my condos, one regret is not finding Michael earlier. Few notable traits he possess: - Professionalism - Michael understands how emotional buying or selling a property can get, not only does he show complete respect to your opinions, he finds innovative ways to accommodate and make the best of the situation at all times - Communication - Frequent, clear and consistent communication, whether if it's a quick call to confirm something small, an update on any new matters, or just a check-up - Negotiation - Instead of asking you how you'd like to counter like some realtors do, he makes sure to ask what you'd like at the end, the work his way backwards to derive a reasonable asking price, with strong negotiations to follow, both properties sold for less than $10k difference from asking - THE EXTRA MILE - After having dealt with multiple realtors, this is the part that stuck out the most; Michael is unafraid to go the extra mile, for example 1. hired a cleaner to ensure property is more presentable 2. requested for the condo management to remove a wasp nest 3. dropping off a gift just to show his appreciation of your business, even after you rejected Where he lacked (knowledge of the area), he's not afraid to put in the work for research. Overall, this is THE MOST IMPRESSIVE experience I've personally had when it comes to real estate agents. And due to the astonishing service, he's now received the listing of another property, well deserved.

Michael was very helpful and accommodating in showing houses to us, and was very thorough in his reviews of houses when we would ask him for input. He was not pushy and let us make our own decisions in our own timing. It was a great pleasure to deal with him. We would not only strongly recommend him, we will also use him again when we look to purchase our next property.

Michael was great to work with and help us find the perfect house. We had a pretty short time frame to settle on a house. Micheal was available every single time we needed him, even when we wanted to see a house last minute. I would reccomend him to anyone I know buying a house, hands down.

We had a conditional sale within a week, but he kept on it, showing our home to have a pool of interested buyers if the sale fell through - which it did. And within a week it was conditionally sold again. Michael helped us through the negotiations and got our house sold! We are so grateful to Michael for his hard work, especially as the pandemic was unfolding and he got our house sold before things were forced to shut down! My boyfriend and I were looking for a house and hired Mike as our realtor. He was patient and informative the whole time. He listened to every single thing we were looking for in a house and found us the perfect house with everything we were looking for. He was attentive and answered every question we had quickly throughout the process. He also introduced us to the portal which sent us new listings every day! This made it much easier for us while my boyfriend was out of town at work. We had a budget we didn’t want to exceed and Mike also made that achievable!
