With a relentless focus on protecting MY interests, both today and into the future, Brendan and Livia took me to see properties, encouraging me to consider things that would not have entered my mind. We narrowed down what I wanted by seeing what I didn't want. In fact I noticed that whenever I would make a subjective comment about a property - positive or negative - Livia and Brendan are mindful not to agree or disagree. When "the one" came on the market, they emailed me to say "let's go see this one right now". Their strategies for the competitive offer situation (which involves much more than just price!) no doubt played a MAJOR role in my successful offer. I never once felt swayed, rushed, or pushed. I was masterfully guided to successful offer on a property that checked off everything on my list.
