We really enjoyed working with Livia on the marketing and subsequent sale of 30 Scotia Landing, Calgary. Livia kept us well informed throughout the process including changes to comparable homes listed in our area. Her communication was excellent and, since this was our 87 year old Mothers home, she showed an incredible amount of compassion and patience.
